The Next 56 days is an 8-week course. The current session began on March 17th and will end on May 12th. This class is taught by Bob Hall with weekly meeting times from 4:30 until 5:30pm. If you are looking to know more, come out on January 6th for the first class for the free overview session introducing a new approach to eating and living that will assist with balancing blood sugars, detox, releasing fat, reducing inflammation, and overall feeling better and healthier! This first session will begin with an assessment starting at 4:00 with the introduction beginning at 4:30pm.
